Manager – Quantity Surveyor

Summary To perform the role to support Commission manager in taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery and to ensure that the Client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service.

About the Role: Estimating and cost planning Market engagement for collecting quotations and Quantity Surveying

Tendering and procurement including pre-qualification, tender analysis

Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes

Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages

About You: 10+ years’ experience in Quantity Surveying and Cost Management.

Experience with the same background is preferrable.

Proven track record in managing multiple disciplines of construction projects (Residential, commercial, fit out, Industrial etc.)

Solid market knowledge with the ability to deliver and handle the commission.

Exceptional client relationship and stakeholder management skills
