JOB PURPOSE

The incumbent is responsible for managing the operations, maintenance, and continuous availability of the IT Network and Security infrastructure at Jio World Centre. The role ensures the design, review, and governance of enterprise network and security architecture, validates network and security requirements across projects and system integrations, and enables secure, reliable, and scalable IT infrastructure to support business operations and future technology initiatives. JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

NETWORK OPERATIONS & INFRASTRUCTURE MANAGEMENT

Ensure high availability, reliability, and uninterrupted operations of the IT Network and Security infrastructure across Jio World Centre.

Manage the performance, health, maintenance, and lifecycle of the enterprise network, Wi-Fi infrastructure, security devices, and passive network infrastructure.

Ensure seamless network connectivity and performance for all business-critical systems, including AV, CCTV, Wi-Fi, POS, IPTV, BMS, Telephony, Video Conferencing, and other integrated IT platforms.

Drive operational excellence through regular service reviews, incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), firmware upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

NETWORK ARCHITECTURE, DESIGN & TECHNOLOGY ASSURANCE

Define, review, and govern enterprise Network and Security architecture, including HLDs, LLDs, solution designs, and technology standards.

Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient Network and Security solutions, including physical security and communication systems.

Ensure seamless integration of Network infrastructure with Information Security platforms, including Firewalls, NIPS, SIEM, Wireless Controllers, Switches, Access Points, and other OEM solutions.

Provide technical consultancy and solution design support for IT projects, technology enhancements, and strategic business initiatives.

CYBER SECURITY, RISK & COMPLIANCE

Define and implement Cyber Security policies, standards, frameworks, and best practices aligned with organisational and global security standards.

Lead security audits, vulnerability assessments, penetration testing (VAPT), architecture reviews, and compliance assessments, ensuring timely closure of identified observations.





Administer and optimise network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, SIEM, wireless security, endpoint protection, and access control mechanisms.

Ensure timely deployment of security patches, antivirus updates, configuration reviews, and implementation of ISO 27001 and other applicable Information Security frameworks.

Monitor security events, analyse threats, implement preventive controls, and strengthen the organisation's cyber resilience and disaster recovery capabilities.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY & RESILIENCE

Ensure implementation and continuous enhancement of High Availability (HA), Disaster Recovery (DR), Load Balancing, data replication, and RTO/RPO strategies to support business continuity.

Oversee disaster recovery readiness, periodic testing, and technology resilience to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

PROJECT DELIVERY & VENDOR MANAGEMENT

Prepare technical specifications, Statements of Work (SOW), project plans, BOQs, budgets, NFAs, SLA documents, and other technical documentation for Network and Security initiatives.

Manage the complete lifecycle of Network and Security assets, including procurement support, inventory planning, AMC/CMC coverage, upgrades, and technology refresh.

Evaluate technical proposals, support procurement through technical evaluations, and coordinate with Procurement & Contracts for timely execution of purchase orders.

Govern service partners, OEMs, and technology vendors by monitoring service delivery, SLA compliance, escalations, and operational performance. SKILLS/ COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

Strong expertise in Enterprise Network, Network Security, and Wi-Fi architecture, design, implementation, and operations.

Sound understanding of the complete network lifecycle, including High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), implementation, operations, and lifecycle management.





Hands-on experience in enterprise networking technologies, including Switching, Routing, Firewalls, Proxy, NIPS, SIEM, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points (AP), and converged compute infrastructure.

Working knowledge of Cisco technologies such as DNAC, ACI, CUCM, ISE, Software Defined Access (SDA), Routing, and Switching.

Strong understanding of enterprise network integration with Information Security platforms and business-critical systems.

Experience in solution architecture, technology evaluation, technical consultancy, BOQ preparation, and technical documentation for IT infrastructure projects.

Knowledge of Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery solutions, including High Availability (HA), Load Balancing, Data Replication, and RTO/RPO management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex network and security issues.

Ability to manage multiple projects and operational priorities while delivering within defined timelines.

Strong planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and external partners.

Good understanding of IT governance, cybersecurity frameworks, and industry best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to diverse stakeholders.

High attention to detail with a proactive approach to risk identification and continuous improvement.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile, and high-pressure environment. QUALIFICATIONS:

BE/BSC/MCA/Masters in Computer Engg/ Information Technology/Communication Technologies.

Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA)

Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)

Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) EXPERIENCE:

7-8 years of experience with at least 5 + years of work experience in Implementation and 3+ years of experience in Solution Designing for Network & Security System preferably from a mid to large size IT and Global Security OEMs.

Experience in Convention Centres, Hospitality, Retail, Performing Arts, or other large integrated facilities with complex enterprise IT environments will be preferred.
