- Industry/ Sector: Third Party Inspection services/ Civil Construction Projects Sectors
- Scope of job /Activities handled: He must have executed large scale construction projects i.e. Roads, Buildings, Airports, wearhouses, bridges, dams etc.

1. Tender Review & Proposal Management Review and evaluate tenders, RFQs, and bid documents related to construction and erection projects involving Third Party Inspection (TPI), Project Management Consultancy (PMC), and QA-QC services.

2. Pricing & Cost Estimation

Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop appropriate pricing strategies based on project scope, manpower requirements, and market conditions. Prepare and finalize techno-commercial estimates for submission to clients.

3. Client Engagement & Order Finalization

Liaise with clients for submission of quotations, clarifications, and negotiations

4. Manpower Planning & Resource Deployment

Identify, source, and mobilize competent manpower for current and ongoing projects in line with project requirements.





Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure timely availability of qualified personnel.

5. Reporting & Documentation

Establish and standardize reporting formats in line with client specifications and organizational requirements. Ensure timely and accurate submission of project reports and documentation.

6. Project Coordination & Execution Support

Attend project review meetings at client sites and represent the organization on operational and coordination matters.

Collaborate with project teams to resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues at site.

1. Billing & Commercial Follow-up

Coordinate monthly billing activities, ensuring achievement of billing targets.

Ensure timely invoice submission to clients in line with contractual terms.

Follow up with clients for payment realization and closure of outstanding receivables.
