Process payroll for on-roll and contract employees across Co. and factory units, ensuring accurate salary computations, deductions, and full & final settlements.

Manage attendance and leave data within the AMS system prior to payroll finalization

Required Candidate profile

Masters in HR & relevant domain

5 plus years of exp. in Payroll / HR operations / Compliance

Positive knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory processes.

Experience working in Manufacturing industry
