Coordinate the end-to-end PMS cycle (goal setting, mid-year review, annual appraisal).
Ensure timely completion of appraisals and performance documentation.
Support managers in goal alignment and performance discussions.
Prepare PMS reports and analytics for management review.

Plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
Conduct employee feedback surveys and analyze results.
Drive initiatives to improve employee morale, culture, and retention.
Support internal communication and recognition programs.
- Training & Development Coordination:
Identify training needs in coordination with department heads.
Organize internal and external training programs.
Maintain training records and track effectiveness.
Assist in induction and onboarding training schedules.
