We're Hiring | Alliance & Corporate Sales Location: Mumbai & Delhi Function: Business Development – Alliances Experience: 2–5 Years Qualification: MBA – Sales / Marketing / Business Administration or related field Café Coffee Day is looking for a high-energy B2B Sales & Alliances professional who can identify new business opportunities, build strategic brand partnerships and drive incremental revenue through the CCD café network. What will you do?

- Identify and acquire brands for in-store branding, advertising and promotional partnerships across CCD cafés.
- Develop and drive corporate sales through CCD vouchers, gifting solutions and bulk opportunities.
- Identify and build relationships with corporates, retail brands, digital/online platforms and other potential partners .
- Create compelling sales proposals, presentations and customized partnership solutions based on client requirements.




- Own the sales cycle — prospecting → pitching → negotiation → closure → execution .
- Negotiate commercials and close profitable business partnerships .
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, IT and F&B; teams to execute client campaigns seamlessly.
- Build a solid sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, networking and market research .
- Develop long-term client relationships and drive repeat business and revenue growth . Who are we looking for?
