Key Responsibilities:

- Design & Collection Development: Develop commercially viable womenswear collections based on international trends, buyer requirements and seasonal direction.

- Trend & Market Research: Track global fashion trends, silhouettes, fabrics, colours, prints and techniques to create relevant design concepts.

- Product Development: Lead the design process from concept, mood boards and sketches through sampling, fit and final product development.

- Buyer Collaboration: Work closely with international buyers and merchandising teams to understand briefs, present collections and incorporate buyer feedback.

- Team & Cross-functional Coordination: Lead the design team and coordinate with merchandising, sourcing and production to ensure designs are commercially feasible, cost-effective and delivered within timelines.

Preferred Background: 8–12+ years of experience in womenswear design with an apparel export house, with strong exposure to international buyers, trend forecasting, product development, fabrics and seasonal collections.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
