Roles and Responsibilities
Evaluating the financial viability of investment opportunities in the CI solar segment and government bids;
Individual shall act as a finance partner for the business development and bidding team and should have very strong financial modelling skillset
Evaluating acquisition opportunities in the solar energy sector
Ability to engage with target company management, support negotiations, internal and external diligence and deal closure
Experience in project finance for debt financing of greenfield/acquired projects
Supporting the management on equity fund raising; building financial models from scratch, developing information memorandums and engaging with investors
Passion to deliver and robust deal energy
Basic Qualifications
Should have 3~5 years of post MBA experience with a progressive track record in solar energy/infrastructure sector
Background in investment banking or corporate finance will be preferred
Candidates from IIM/ISB with engineering or CA background would be preferred
Possessing good academic credentials and pleasant interpersonal skill
Willing to join at short notice
