JOB PURPOSE

Operation and Maintenance of Passenger Terminal Building Civil infrastructure and aesthetics by ensuring preventive & corrective actions. Ensure uptime of infrastructure facilities for uninterrupted operations of RGIA on 24X7 basis by optimized use of resources and expenses in safe and cost-effective manner.ORGANISATION CHART

Manager Civil will report to Specilaist -PTB-Civil KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Accountabilities Key Performance Indicators Operations and Maintenance civil infrastructure –Building and other civil infrastructure.

Manage

Civil team of Passenger Terminal Building Ensuring uptime & availability of civil infrastructure in Terminal Building

Ensure & maintain finishes of Terminal/Pax areas

Support in developing performance metrics and KPI's to facilitate data driven decisions.

Ensure 24/7 Airport Maintenance (Civil) to ensure optimal customer service support is provided to all maintenance departments, airport divisions, airlines, concessionaire, and Passengers.

Support in preparing CAPEX and OPEX budgets for Finishes PTB

Monitor & Analyze financial impacts and consequences of proposed recommendations and provides business-case justifications to management. Develops and adopt innovative approach in cost optimization.

Coordinating with internal service providers and external stake holders.

EXTERNAL INTERACTIONS Interaction with AMC contractors of the airport Interaction with external authorties for compliance and support Interaction with vendors and suppliers for material/ service INTERNAL INTERACTIONS Interaction with seniors on regular basis to update and seeking guidance Interaction with other departments like Airside operations, P&C;, facilities, TOPS for timely completion of work Interactions with colleagues on regular basis to monitor about maintenance activities FINANCIAL DIMENSIONS Operational Expenditure = 6 Cr

Capital Expenditure = 10 Cr OTHER DIMENSIONS Shall be able to handle a total in-house team size of app.4 members

Shall be able to handle a total team of min 30 members including external service providers

Shall be process driven and well versed with the civil maintenance, development, refurbishment, design management processes

Shall display strong managerial skills and qualities with emphasis on team building, strong negotiation, and good communication skills.

Well versed in the following: Various Building finishes in high-end facility

Civil -Design calculations and Drawings

National Building Code & IS codes & Local building regulations

BOQ, Estimation and Tendering

Asset Management module (SAP PM and MM Module) EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS B.E in Civil Engineering

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE 8 – 12 years of experience in construction and maintenance of high-end Civil finishes buildings and Structural works,
