Role Description The Manager role at CASH COUNTER FOOTWEAR is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambikapur. The Manager oversees daily store operations, including supervising staff, assigning tasks, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards. This role is responsible for monitoring inventory, coordinating stock replenishment, organizing product displays, and maintaining a clean, safe, and orderly sales environment.

The Manager also handles customer concerns, supports sales activities, manages cash counter procedures, and prepares basic reports on sales performance and store activities.



Collaboration with owners and team members to improve service quality and operational efficiency is an important part of this position.

Qualifications Experience in retail or store management, including supervising staff and overseeing daily operations.

Strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive in-store experience.

Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) experience, with attention to accuracy and accountability.

Organizational skills for managing inventory, stock levels, and store layout.

Transparent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with team members and leadership.

Ability to work on-site full time in Ambikapur and be available during retail business hours, including weekends or holidays as needed.

Prior experience in footwear or apparel retail is an advantage.

Minimum high school education; additional training in business, retail, or management is a plus.
