We are looking for a highly driven and strategic professional to lead and strengthen our organization-wide OKR (Objectives and Key Results) framework and execution culture. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, stronger alignment, business acumen, operational discipline, and change management. The ideal candidate will partner closely with leadership teams to coach, challenge, and improve how goals are defined, measured, reviewed, and achieved across the organization via OKRs.
Key Responsibilities OKR Strategy & Governance Drive organization-wide OKR implementation and maturity
Ensure OKRs remain aligned to company priorities and business outcomes
Improve the quality, clarity, and measurability of Objectives and Key Results across teams
Establish best practices, governance standards, and execution frameworks for OKRs Leadership Coaching & Enablement Coach leaders and managers on effective OKR thinking and outcome-driven execution
Facilitate OKR planning workshops, quarterly reviews, and alignment sessions
Challenge vague objectives, activity-based metrics, and non-strategic goal setting
Enable leaders to translate business priorities into measurable outcomes Business Execution Cadence Drive quarterly and annual planning cycles
Establish solid review cadences and accountability mechanisms
Facilitate cross-functional alignment and execution tracking
Identify execution risks, bottlenecks, and dependency gaps proactively Performance & Insights Develop dashboards, reporting mechanisms, and strategic insights for leadership
Monitor progress against organizational priorities and highlight trends
Support leadership with data-driven decision-making and execution visibility
Drive continuous improvement in execution effectiveness and operational rhythm Change Management & Adoption Build organizational adoption and maturity around OKRs
Simplify frameworks and improve usability across teams
Partner with People & Culture, Technology & Transformation, and Business Leaders to embed performance culture
Act as an internal strategic advisor for operating excellence Requirements Required Experience 6-12 years of experience in, Strategy & Transformation, PMO / Enterprise PMO, Business Excellence, Organizational Development, Strategic Operations, Consulting, Chief of Staff or similar strategic execution roles
Hands-on experience implementing and managing OKR frameworks
Experience facilitating leadership workshops and strategic reviews
Exposure to cross-functional business environments
Experience with performance management or execution platforms such as Profit.co, WorkBoard, Ally.io, Jira Align, Asana Goals, or similar tools
