Lead and manage admin teams and contract workforce

Oversee office/plant operations (maintenance, utilities, security)

Management
Manage vendors across facilities, transport, catering, and security
Ensure SLA adherence, cost optimization, and compliance

Services & Events
Oversee transport, travel, canteen, guest house, and front office
Manage events, town halls, and leadership visits

Ensure adherence to statutory regulations and audit readiness
Partner with EHS on safety and risk management
- Security & Risk
Manage physical security systems and crisis response
Drive business continuity planning
- Budget & Projects
Own admin budgets, MIS reporting, and cost optimization
Lead office expansions, relocations, and workplace projects
