Position: International Chat Support
Qualification: Any Graduate / Postgraduate (Undergraduates are not eligible)
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in International Chat Support
CTC: Up to ₹5.5 LPA
Shift: Night Shifts
Week Off: Rotational
Transportation: Two-way Cab Facility
Work Location: Q City, Gachibowli
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries through chat in a qualified and timely manner.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering quality support.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
Maintain chat quality standards while meeting productivity and performance metrics.
Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM/system.
Adhere to company policies,
processes, and data security guidelines.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure prompt issue resolution.
Required Skills:
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a rapid-paced environment.
Valuable typing speed and attention to detail.
Willingness to work night shifts and rotational week-offs.
