Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium and Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand testing requirements and application functionality.
Execute automated test cases and report defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Design, enhance, and maintain the automation framework to improve test coverage and efficiency.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to improve test script quality.
Monitor the performance of automation tests and optimize test execution time.
Document testing processes, outcomes, and defect reports for future reference.
Assist in the training and development of junior team members in automation practices.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices is a plus.
