Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for computers, laptops, printers, and network devices.
Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software.
Troubleshoot IT-related issues for faculty, staff, and students.
Maintain computer labs, classrooms, and campus IT infrastructure.
Manage user accounts, data backups, and system security.
Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment maintenance and procurement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
0–2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
Basic knowledge of Windows, networking, hardware, and MS Office.
Positive problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
