Experience evaluating AI-generated code for correctness, security, maintainability, and compliance with engineering standards.
7 - 10 years of development experience as a Backend Engineer.
Expertise in Java 11+ which includes strong understanding of multithreading, memory management
Robust knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Expertise in RESTful APIs, GraphQL, microservices architecture, cloud native deployment
Positive knowledge of databases (DynamoDB, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL, Oracle or any Cloud DB)




Experience of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Familiarity with messaging systems (Kafka/ Amazon Sqs/ JMS)
Exposure to Authentication, Authorization using JWT or OAUTH.
Should have experience in ORM tools preferably Hibernate / JPA
Experience building systems on AWS or another major cloud platform.
Experience with observability tooling, distributed tracing, metrics, logging, and production incident response.
Familiarity with secure software development practices and API security.
