We work on live international projects following North American & Canadian architectural drafting standards and best practices.

Role Summary

Support HR Operations through documentation, onboarding, statutory compliance, HRMS updates, recruitment coordination, and employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

· Employee onboarding & induction documentation

· Maintain employee records and HR documentation

· Handle PF & ESIC forms and compliance records





· Coordinate interviews and candidate communication

· Update HROne HRMS and employee data

· Manage joining, confirmation & exit formalities

· Prepare MIS reports and HR data

· Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders

· Professional email and HR communication

Requirements

· Graduate (in any course)

· 1–4 years' experience; freshers with HR internships may apply

· Valuable communication and MS Office skills

· Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC & HR operations

· Detail-oriented and organized

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
