Roles & Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, referrals and networking.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates skills and experience fit.
Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes.
Onboarding, Induction and Joining Formalities
Preparing of Letters like Appointment Letter, NDA, CDA
Maintain employee records in hard and soft copy
Attendance and leave management
Prepare and maintain all documents related to audit
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Maintain a solid pipeline of candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.end recruitment.
