Role: Junior HR Executive

About US: We're a fast-growing e-commerce company managing a diverse portfolio of successful brands across various categories. We scale digital-first brands with the help of paid advertising.

Role: Handle HR end-to-end: hiring, ops, and team support, while pitching in on general ops when needed.

Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and coordinate interviews; manage onboarding
Maintain attendance, leave records, and employee documentation
Be the go-to point of contact for employee queries
Support team leads with feedback and performance tracking
Plan engagement activities and internal initiatives
Jump into general ops tasks (e.g., logistics coordination) as needed
