Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer support over international voice channels.
Handle customer queries with clarity, patience, and professionalism.
Maintain high-quality communication to ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Candidate Profile:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Articulate, bright, curious, and passionate about customer service.
Minimum education: High School, Diploma, or Graduate.
Freshers or candidates with 6+ months experience in international voice support can apply.
Willingness to work night shifts with rotational offs.

Salary & Perks:
Salary Range: 2.9 LPA (for first 6 months) to 3.5 LPA.
Take-home pay: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 per month.
After 3 months training, eligible for performance incentives ranging from ₹2,750 to ₹4,000.
Transport allowance between ₹1,700 to ₹3,500 per month (if not using company transport).
