Roles & Responsibilities

Handle customer queries through voice or chat/email support.

Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.

Maintain high-quality customer service standards.

Ensure timely and effective issue resolution.

Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

Undergraduate (UG) or Graduate candidates are eligible.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Fluent in English is mandatory.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Shift Details

Rotational shifts.

2 weekly offs (rotational).
