Kitchen Lead (CDP) – The Wing Culture

Location: Kochi

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)

The Wing Culture is one of Kochi's leading QSR brands, known for premium wings, burgers and a robust focus on consistency and quality.

We're looking for a Kitchen Lead (CDP level) who can take ownership of day-to-day kitchen operations and ensure every order meets our quality standards.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 5–7 years of kitchen experience who wants to grow with a young and ambitious restaurant brand.

Responsibilities
Lead the kitchen during service.
Ensure food is prepared according to our SOPs and recipes.
Maintain food quality, consistency and presentation.
Supervise and guide the kitchen team.
Ensure hygiene and food safety standards are followed.
Manage prep, stock rotation and wastage.
Coordinate with management to ensure smooth daily operations.
Help train recent kitchen staff.

Requirements




5–7 years of experience in a commercial kitchen.
CDP or similar experience preferred.
Experience in QSR, cafés or casual dining is an advantage.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work calmly during busy service.
Strong understanding of kitchen hygiene and food safety.
Willingness to learn and follow established systems.
