JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the design team in creating visually engaging content while learning and growing in a collaborative, fast paced workplace. This role is perfect for someone at the early stage of their design career who is eager to build hands-on experience and strengthen their creative skills.

What You’ll Do
Assist in creating designs for social media, websites, ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Support the development of visual assets such as banners, posters, presentations, and basic infographics.
Solid understanding of graphic design principles, typography, color theory, layout, and branding.
Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements.
Implement feedback and revise designs under guidance from senior designers or the team.
Help maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
Organize and manage design files and assets.
Stay updated with design trends and tools to improve creative skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

What We’re Looking For




Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
1+ years of experience as a graphic designer.
Basic to good understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
Working knowledge of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar software.
Attention to detail and a valuable sense of aesthetics.
Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with guidance.
Willingness to learn, take feedback positively, and grow professionally.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Points If You Have
Motion graphics or basic video editing knowledge.
Experience creating creatives for digital marketing or social media.
A portfolio showcasing academic, internship, or freelance work.

Compensation Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)

Work Schedule

Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
