Reports To: Estimation Manager / Senior Estimation Engineer
Job Summary The Junior Estimation Engineer is responsible for assisting in the preparation of accurate cost estimates and tender documents for interior fit-out projects. The role involves quantity take-offs, vendor coordination, BOQ preparation, and supporting the estimation team in submitting competitive and timely proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare quantity take-offs from architectural and MEP drawings.
Assist in preparing BOQs and cost estimates for projects.
Collect and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Coordinate with the Design, Purchase, and Project teams for technical and commercial inputs.
Maintain estimation records, rate analysis, and cost databases.
Review project specifications and tender documents.
Support in preparing tender submissions within the stipulated deadlines.
Update material rates and market price information regularly.
Perform other estimation-related tasks assigned by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture.
0–2 years of experience in estimation, preferably in interior fit-out or construction.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
