Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Engineer to join our agile team. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical knowledge in the design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment systems—including TSE polishing, water softeners, MBBR, MBR, and ASP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technically sound solutions and proposals tailored to customer needs
Collaborate with internal engineering and project teams to ensure alignment with client requirements

Technical Expertise Required
Design and engineering of water and wastewater treatment systems
Preparation of technical proposals for advanced treatment solutions such as:
TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent) polishing systems
Brackish Water Reverse Osmosis (BWRO)




Seawater Reverse Osmosis (SWRO)
Ultrafiltration systems
Packaged MBBR systems
Membrane Bioreactors (MBR)
Water softeners
Other related water treatment technologies

Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in technical solutions within the water treatment industry
Candidates must have worked on water treatment capacity of more than 10 MLD
Candidate must have sound knowledge and experience in the end to end design of STP & WWTP projects.
Candidate must have knowledge of the latest software technologies used in the proposal design such as Bentley, GEMS or any other.
Solid understanding of market trends and client requirements in the GCC region
