Lab Technician (IVF Hospital)
Department: Laboratory
Qualification: B.Sc. MLT / DMLT / BMLT or equivalent
Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)
Gender: Male/Female

Roles & Responsibilities
Collect, label, and process patient samples as per standard protocols.
Perform routine laboratory tests accurately and efficiently.
Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.
Record and report test results accurately and on time.
Follow quality control procedures and laboratory safety guidelines.
Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records.
Ensure cleanliness, sterilization, and infection control within the laboratory.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding test reports.
Monitor inventory of laboratory reagents and consumables and report shortages.




Ensure proper disposal of biomedical waste as per hospital protocols.
Maintain patient confidentiality and provide qualified service.
Perform any additional duties assigned by the Laboratory In-charge or Management.

Skills Required
Valuable knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Basic computer knowledge.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, if required.

Pay: Starting from ₹12,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications) Work Location: On-site
