We are building cell manufacturing capability from the electrode up — LFP, NMC and Li-S chemistries. We're looking for technicians who like being hands-on with materials and equipment every day. What you'll do:
Slurry preparation and mixing.
Electrode coating (doctor blade / transfer), drying and calendaring
Coin and pouch cell assembly, glovebox work, electrolyte filling
Running and monitoring cycling tests (Neware), logging data cleanly
Basic characterization support and lab consumable management
Maintaining SOPs, batch records and lab safety discipline What we're looking for:
Diploma / B.Sc / B.Tech in Chemistry, Chemical, Materials, Electrical or related
1–3 years in a battery R&D; or cell manufacturing lab (freshers with robust lab exposure will be considered)
Comfort with glovebox, dry room and precision handling
Meticulous documentation habits — we care about this more than most
