DRIEMS University is seeking an experienced and responsible Ladies Hostel Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of the ladies’ hostel. The ideal candidate will ensure a protected, secure, disciplined, and supportive living setting for students while coordinating with university administration for smooth hostel management.

Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the ladies’ hostel.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all hostel residents.
Maintain discipline and enforce hostel rules and regulations.
Handle student grievances and resolve issues promptly.
Coordinate with the university administration and other departments.
Monitor housekeeping, sanitation, maintenance, and hostel facilities.
Maintain hostel records, attendance, visitor registers, and reports.
Organize hostel activities and ensure compliance with university policies.

Qualifications




Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hostel Superintendent/Hostel Warden or in hostel administration.
Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and email).

Preferred Skills
Leadership and team management.
Conflict resolution and decision-making.
Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
