Responsibilities

Assist customers in both Hindi and English, providing clear and effective communication.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and service quality.
Provide feedback on customer interactions to help enhance service processes.

Skills and Qualifications
Proficient in Hindi and English, both written and verbal.
Robust communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
Familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a rapid-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Customer service or retail experience preferred.
