Position Overview The Mid-Level IT Recruiter supports full-cycle recruiting activities for junior-to-mid level IT roles, working under guidance from senior recruiters while continuing to build sourcing, screening, and stakeholder skills.

Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end recruiting for IT roles.
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases.
Conduct initial candidate screenings.
Coordinate interviews and follow-ups.
Maintain ATS records and recruiting reports.
Collaborate with senior recruiters on complex roles.

Required Skills & Experience
2–4 years of experience recruiting IT or technical roles.
Basic understanding of IT profiles and technologies.
Experience using LinkedIn and ATS tools.
Intermediate English proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in staffing or consulting settings.
Exposure to technical sourcing or Boolean searches.
