Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage and optimize day-to-day logistics operations. The role involves coordinating with courier partners, monitoring shipment movement, ensuring timely order fulfillment, resolving delivery-related issues, and maintaining operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should possess robust analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience working with logistics platforms, ERP systems, and spreadsheets.
Coordinate with courier partners to ensure timely pickup, transit, and delivery of shipments.
Monitor shipment movement and proactively resolve delivery delays, RTOs (Return to Origin), and exceptions.
Track logistics performance, including pickup success rate, delivery TAT, and NDR (Non-Delivery Report) closures.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Customer Support, Sales, Finance, and Procurement to ensure seamless logistics operations.
Manage shipment creation, AWB generation, manifest preparation, and courier allocation through ERP/shipping platforms.
Analyze courier performance and recommend improvements to optimize cost and service levels.




Monitor freight costs and identify prospects for logistics cost optimization.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports and dashboards.
Ensure timely reconciliation of courier invoices, shipment records, and logistics-related documentation.
Coordinate with courier account managers to resolve operational issues and service escalations.
Maintain and update logistics data in ERP systems and Google Sheets/Excel.
Support logistics process automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or a related field.
13 years of experience in logistics, transportation, courier operations, or supply chain.
Experience in e-commerce logistics will be an added advantage.
