Job Title: Junior Data Operator

Employment Type: Permanent

Mahanadi Steel and Iron Pvt. Ltd. is looking for 2 Junior Data Entry Operator , to provide administrative and operational support by maintaining records, coordinating communication, tracking work progress, and ensuring smooth information flow among all branches and departments of the company.

Key responsibilities:
Accuracy and organization of records.
Timely communication of key emails.
Effective follow-up of pending tasks.
Coordination efficiency among branches and departments.
Verify and validate data entered
Create data summary and data validation reports & Timely submission the reports.
Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
Inputting data from source documents into the company database accurately and efficiently.
Updating existing data, retrieving data from the database or electronic files as requested.
Professional conduct, punctuality, and reliability.

Skills:
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.




Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and word processing tools.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Solid organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of data management and data cleaning techniques.
Experience with data entry in a rapid-paced environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹12,500.00 per month
