Role & responsibilities
Conduct in-house training programs on Manufacturing Operating System (MOS) and Lean Manufacturing practices for production and support teams.
Implement and sustain MOS practices and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
Drive the implementation of Lean tools such as 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, Standard Work, and Problem-Solving techniques.
Generate reports, graphs, dashboards, and visual displays to track Lean implementation progress and support management decision-making.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Manufacturing, or related Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, MOS, Continuous Improvement, Industrial Engineering, or Operational Excellence.
Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and tools including 5S, Kaizen, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Standard Work, and Visual Management.
Experience in conducting training sessions and facilitating process improvement initiatives.
