Role & responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement training programs and initiatives for all plants to ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct audits including ISO and cybersecurity to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
Coordinate training calendars across multiple plants, ensuring effective scheduling and utilization of resources.
Prepare and maintain detailed training schedules and calendars, incorporating feedback and adjustments as necessary.
Collaborate with plant managers and HR teams to assess training needs and priorities through Training Needs Assessments (TNI).
Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness through feedback, metrics, and continuous improvement processes.
Partner with subject matter experts to deliver specialized training sessions as needed.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development, incorporating innovations into training strategies.

Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Proficiency in MS Office.
