About the Role

Engloray Learning Generation is looking for passionate Learning Mentors to guide students through industry-focused courses. You will teach, mentor, review projects, and help learners build practical skills for successful careers.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging online and offline training sessions.
Create structured learning plans for students.
Review assignments, projects, and portfolios.
Provide one-on-one mentoring and career guidance.
Track student performance and learning progress.
Recommend learning resources and improvement strategies.
Conduct mock interviews and portfolio reviews.
Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.

Required Skills
Solid communication and presentation skills.
Expertise in the relevant subject area.
Problem-solving and mentoring abilities.
Experience with project-based learning.
Ability to motivate and inspire students.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
1–3+ years of teaching or industry experience.
Portfolio or real-world project experience.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
