Lead Full Stack Developer (MERN Stack) - J50764
Role & responsibilities
Notice Period: Immediate to within 1 week (Preferred)
Required Skills
Robust experience in the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)
Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
Experience in developing scalable web applications
Strong knowledge of REST APIs and third-party integrations
Hands-on experience with Git/GitHub and CI/CD pipelines
Exposure to AWS/Azure cloud platforms
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage
Robust understanding of database design and performance optimization
Experience in leading development teams and mentoring junior developers
Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology
