Social Media & Graphic Designer – Management Trainee

? Location: Bangalore (Work from Office)

Compensation

- Probation: 6 months
- During Probation Payout : ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
- Post Probation: Full-time opportunity with ₹4–6 LPA CTC (based on performance)

What You'll Do

- Create high-quality social media creatives, carousels, reels, and videos.
- Design marketing assets for campaigns, branding, and product launches.
- Ideate and execute content independently from concept to publishing.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and AI teams.
- Experiment with AI tools to create faster and better content.
- Stay updated with social media trends, design systems, and emerging formats.

Education (Preferred)

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Marketing, Mass Communication, Visual Communication, Advertising,



or a related field.
- Preferred institutes: NID, NIFT, MICA, IIMs, NMIMS (Narsee Monjee), Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIMB), or other premier design and business schools.
- A solid portfolio and exceptional work can outweigh educational background.

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of social media and content creation.
- Good graphic design skills with Figma, Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing and motion graphics skills are a plus.
- First-principles thinking and strong problem-solving ability.
- Design-driven mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong interest in branding, storytelling, and marketing.
- Ability to work independently with high ownership.
