Role Description The Management Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The intern will support consulting engagements by assisting with data collection, analysis, and preparation of reports and presentations for SME clients across various industries. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and business research, helping map and improve business processes, and contributing to the development of strategies related to operations, marketing, and organizational effectiveness.

The intern will collaborate with senior consultants, participate in client meetings and reviews,



and help document systems and tools that clients can use for planning, execution, and performance monitoring. This role offers exposure to real-world business challenges and the opportunity to learn how structured consulting practices drive growth, profitability, and excellence.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Candidates should possess basic knowledge of business management concepts, including operations, marketing, finance, and organizational development.

Enrollment in or completion of a bachelor’s or master’s program in Business, Management, Commerce, Economics, or a related field is preferred.

An interest in SME consulting, entrepreneurship, and process improvement, along with prior internship or project experience, will be an advantage.
