Role Description The Management Intern role is a remote internship that supports daily operational and strategic activities at Digistall. Interns assist in coordinating e-commerce initiatives, organizing data related to rural entrepreneurs and vendors, and helping streamline internal processes.

Responsibilities may include preparing reports, conducting basic market and competitor research, supporting communication with stakeholders, and contributing to project documentation and planning. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in virtual meetings,



and help identify opportunities to improve outreach and service delivery to rural markets.

Qualifications Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.

Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and present findings clearly.

Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, word processing) and online collaboration platforms.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.

Interest in e-commerce, rural development, technology adoption, or social impact initiatives.

Capacity to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a distributed team.

Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree program in Business, Management, Economics, Rural Development, or a related field is preferred.

Prior internship or project experience in operations, marketing, or community engagement is an advantage but not required.
