Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Technician with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in facility/equipment maintenance. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining our equipment and facilities to ensure smooth daily operations and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

- Preventive Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure according to scheduled maintenance plans.

- Troubleshooting &
- Repairs:

Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues using manual tools and diagnostic equipment; execute timely repairs.

- Emergency Response: Address urgent facility or equipment failures promptly to minimize operational disruption and maintain safety protocols.

- Work Orders &

- Record Keeping:

Complete and log daily work orders, tracking parts used, time spent, and task details (using CMMS/work order software where applicable).

- Safety &





- Compliance:

Maintain a clean and safe working workplace. Adhere strictly to OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols, and company safety procedures.

- Inventory Control: Monitor spare parts inventory, notify management when stock is low, and assist in identifying needed replacement parts.

Qualifications &

- Requirements

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Technician, Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role in an industrial, manufacturing, or commercial setting.

- Technical Skills:

- Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of electrical systems (up to 480V preferred), hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical drives.

- Basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance skills.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
