Maintenance Supervisor Maintenance Excellence Role Who you are/: Within ten minutes of the start of the shift, assign mechanical or electrical technicians to pending preventative tickets and live breakdown alerts, conduct pre/-shift meetings, and examine technician attendance sheets. Oversee front/-line troubleshooting loops in the event of unexpected machinery breakdowns, giving technicians technical advice on intricate hydraulic circuits, PLC malfunctions, or mechanical drive problems to safely reduce downtime. Enforce daily adherence to the plant's PM schedule by auditing finished machine inspections, lubrication charts, and wear measurements to guarantee excellent work.

Conduct ongoing safety audits across the maintenance zone, strictly enforcing hot/-work permits, LOTO procedures, and proper PPE usage among all contractors and personnel. Oversee thorough shift changeover updates,



providing incoming supervisors with information on key infrastructure issues, pending parts orders, and ongoing machine breakdowns. Keep an eye on emergency spare component bins on the floor, spot low stocks of belts, bearings, or proximity switches, and work with the store team to avoid part shortages.
