Responsible for managing the complete CNC machine shop, including production planning, machine utilization, manpower, quality, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and supervise daily CNC machining activities.
- Manage CNC turning, VMC, HMC and other machining operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Allocate jobs and manpower based on production priorities.
- Monitor machine utilization, cycle times, tool life and productivity.
- Coordinate with CAD/CAM, Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.
- Troubleshoot machining, tooling and programming-related issues.
- Ensure proper setting, tooling and process parameters.
- Reduce rejection, rework, downtime and machining costs.
- Maintain production records and shop-floor discipline.
- Train and guide CNC operators, setters and programmers.
- Ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
