Da’Villas is a fast-growing startup building premium villa stays and curated travel experiences across India. We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Luxury Travel Tele-Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team.

If you are confident on calls, enjoy speaking with customers, and have a strong ability to convert inquiries into bookings, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements, travel preferences, budget, and stay requirements.
- Recommend suitable luxury villas, stays, and curated travel experiences.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed bookings through effective telephonic consultation.
- Follow up consistently with interested customers and maintain an active sales pipeline.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue targets.
- Upsell premium villas, room upgrades, experiences, and add-ons.
- Maintain accurate customer and follow-up information in the CRM.




- Coordinate with the operations team after booking confirmation to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.

Requirements

- 0–3 years of experience in Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Travel, Hospitality, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a high-performance sales environment.
- Passion for travel, luxury experiences, and hospitality.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and WhatsApp Business is an advantage.
