The product is already built and operational. Now the biggest opportunity is distribution, positioning, and growth.

I'm looking for someone who can take ownership of GTM and business growth — not someone who only wants to execute assigned marketing tasks.

You should have strong hands-on knowledge of:

- SaaS GTM strategy
- Customer acquisition & distribution

- B2B/B2C SaaS sales
- Lead generation & outbound sales

- Conversion optimization
- Product positioning & messaging

- Growth experiments
- Partnerships & strategic distribution

- Competitor and market research

- Building repeatable sales processes
- Understanding SaaS metrics and funnels

You should be comfortable asking: Who should we sell to?

Why will they choose us?

How do we reach them?

How do we convert them?

And how do we build a repeatable growth engine?

? What You Will Own

As Co-Founder, you will work closely with me on:

GTM

→ Define ICP, positioning, pricing and acquisition channels

Sales

→ Build pipeline, conduct outreach, close customers and develop sales processes

Growth

→ Test acquisition channels, landing pages, offers,



partnerships and conversion strategies

Marketing

→ Build the brand, messaging, content strategy and distribution engine

Partnerships

→ Identify and build relationships with agencies, creators, businesses and strategic partners

Product

→ Work directly with me to prioritize features based on customer feedback and market demand
