Position: Executive – Logistics

Job Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Department: Logistics / Stores & Dispatch

Experience: 2–5 Years

CTC: ₹5.5 LPA to ₹7.5 LPA (depending on experience & competency)

Qualification: Graduate in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, or a related field

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily transportation and logistics requirements.

Manage inventory and space efficiently.

Plan and arrange vehicles as per dispatch schedules and delivery requirements.

Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, rates, and timely movement.

Track shipments and follow up for timely deliveries.

Prepare and maintain delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, LR/consignment notes, and other logistics documents.

Coordinate with Stores, Production, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for smooth dispatch operations.

Follow up for PODs and maintain proper delivery records.

Verify transporter bills and coordinate with Accounts for payment processing.

Monitor freight costs and support logistics cost control.

Maintain transporter and shipment records.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.

Escalate delivery delays, vehicle issues,



and other logistics concerns to the Reporting Manager.

Ensure compliance with company SOPs, documentation, and safety guidelines.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

On-time vehicle placement

On-time dispatch and delivery

Accuracy of logistics documentation

Timely POD collection and submission

Transporter performance and coordination

Logistics cost control

Reduction in delivery delays and transportation issues

Accuracy and timely submission of logistics MIS

Compliance with company SOPs and documentation requirements

Effective coordination with internal departments and external logistics partners
