Key Responsibilities

- Manage B2C last-mile deliveries, returns, and delivery partners.

- Coordinate B2B/project logistics, freight, and site deliveries.

- Handle seller onboarding, dispatch performance, and packaging compliance.

- Manage export documentation, freight forwarders, and international shipments.

- Monitor logistics KPIs, reduce damages, and improve operational processes.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.

- Hands-on experience in export documentation and shipping processes.

- Positive knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, and export compliance.

- Experience in e-commerce/D2C logistics, RTO, and returns.

- Exposure to handling bulky or fragile products.

- Proficient in Excel and ERP/WMS systems.

Preferred

- Experience in both e-commerce last-mile and project logistics.

- Knowledge of India–US or India–GCC export operations.

- Experience managing marketplace sellers and carrier negotiations.

- Proven ability to optimize freight costs and improve logistics efficiency.

Pay: From ₹75,000.00 per month
