Job Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day lounge operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Ensure excellent guest service and handle customer queries/complaints.
- Manage staff, duty rosters, attendance, grooming and discipline.
- Supervise F&B; service, food quality, hygiene and cleanliness.
- Monitor inventory, stock, wastage and daily operational requirements.
- Coordinate with airport authorities, vendors and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety and service standards.
- Prepare daily operational reports and resolve operational issues.

Requirements

- 4–7 years of experience in Airport Lounge / Hotel / Airline / Restaurant / F&B; / Hospitality.




- Minimum 1–2 years of supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Robust leadership, communication and guest-handling skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B; and hospitality operations.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Tamil ,Hindi & English communication skills are preferred.
- Candidates willing to relocate to Chennai can apply.
