**About the Role
We are looking for Loan consultant to join our growing financial services team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, understanding customer requirements, suggesting suitable loan/BT/OD offers, and managing the complete loan process until successful disbursement.
Key Responsibilities:**
? **Customer CallingHandle ap proximately 150–200 inbound customer calls per dayUnderstan d customer financial requirements and eligibilityExplain a vailable Personal Loan, Balance Transfer, OD and Top-Up options
? **Loan AdvisoryCompare s uitable offers based on customer profileExplain i nterest rates, EMI, tenure, processing fees and other chargesSuggest s uitable options that may provide better rates or lower EMI, subject to eligibility
? **DocumentationCollect r equired customer documentsVerify do cuments and ensure completenessCoordinat e with the relevant lender/credit team for processing
? **End-to-End Follow-UpFollow up with customers from login to approvalCoordinat e for additional documents or queriesTrack cas es until final disbursement
? **Business TargetMonthly d isbursement target:
₹25 LakhAchieve t argets through effective customer handling, follow-ups and conversions
