Role Description The LISTENO Coach is a remote role focused on providing users with a supportive and non-judgmental space through meaningful conversations. Coaches are expected to actively listen, understand user concerns, communicate with empathy, and help users feel heard and supported. The role involves conducting conversations through chat, voice calls, and video calls as applicable, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality, and following LISTENO's community and safety guidelines.

Coaches will have the flexibility to choose their availability and can work on a part-time or full-time basis. The role is suitable for individuals who genuinely enjoy listening to people, communicating with empathy, and building meaningful connections.

Qualifications

Anyone can apply — students, working professionals,



homemakers, freelancers, teachers, entrepreneurs, retired professionals, or anyone who enjoys listening to and helping others.

No prior experience or specific degree is required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to actively listen and communicate empathetically.

Patient, understanding, non-judgmental, and respectful approach toward different people and perspectives.

Ability to maintain meaningful and engaging conversations while respecting user privacy and boundaries.

Comfortable communicating through chat, voice calls, and video calls.

Basic knowledge of smartphones and digital applications.

Ability to maintain professionalism and follow LISTENO's community, safety, and confidentiality guidelines.

Relevant experience in counseling, coaching, customer support, education, communication, or people-focused roles is an advantage but not mandatory.

Proficiency in English and/or regional Indian languages is preferred based on user requirements.
