Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Equivalent

We are looking for a highly skilled Linux Engineer – Senior SME with solid expertise in Enterprise Linux Administration, GreenLake Managed Services, automation, virtualization, and infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead major incident management and RCA activities
- Drive service delivery, SLA/KPI adherence & process improvements
- Handle Linux server administration, patching & vulnerability management
- Support VMware, OpenStack, OCP & Kubernetes environments
- Prepare SOPs, KBs, HLD/LLD & technical documentation
- Participate in transition, KT & customer engagement activities
- Automate routine operational tasks using scripting/tools

Linux Security, Release & Patch Management

Red Hat Satellite & SUSE Patch Management

Incident, Change & Configuration Management

Preferred

- RHCSA / RHCE Certification
- ITIL Certification
- Experience with HPE Infrastructure & Enterprise Support
